Refund policy

Roots Scholar Hub sells digital products that are delivered electronically and are not eligible for physical returns.

Due to the nature of digital products, once a product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or because the customer no longer needs the product.

Where applicable, by requesting immediate access to digital content, customers acknowledge that their statutory cancellation right may end once the digital delivery or download begins.

However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, receive a duplicate order, receive the wrong file, or believe the digital product is faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us and we will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, replacement, or refund where required by applicable law.
